Each retainer package has a 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours fits your business needs. We can then adjust to a 6, 9, or 12-month commitment.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per month. If you acquire any overage in hours during the month, you will be billed at the standard hourly rate at the beginning of the next month.
Unused hours expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each month and plan your designers’ workload accordingly.
At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable upon receipt via ACH or credit card. Invoices will include your monthly retainer rate, and any additional charges from previous month where you may have gone over.
We will let you know if we are close to hitting your monthly hours. If additional time is needed for the month, you will be made aware before committing to pay extra.
For planning purposes, all design requests must be submitted by the first of each month. (i.e. design request for May’s calendar must be submitted by May 1st).
